TENANT PARKING
Each suite has one allocated parking space. Each car space is clearly labeled and has a automatic security bollard to prevent unauthorised cars from parking in that bay.
Tenants and visitors are not permitted to park anywhere outside of the designated car spaces. Any cars parked in the driveway, or double parked will be towed at their expense.
Our Parking Share Smart Phone Automatic Bollards are a brand new technology to Australia. It allows you to protect and access your parking space by controlling the bollard through the smart phone application, PShare.
Before entering your parking space simply lower your parking bollard via your smart phone app and it will lay flat, allowing you to enter your parking space with ease.
When leaving your parking space, simply raise it via your smart phone app and it will automatically rise up to prevent unauthorised access of your parking space.
The key feature of the Smart Phone Automatic Parking Bollards is that it allows the user to share the lock with other users. Simply enter the phone number of a potential user and this will allow them to control the lock with their smart phone.
To gain access to your Smart Phone Automatic Parking Bollard please download the PShare app:
PsHARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download PShare via App Store or Google Play
2. Register your account (bottom left of screen)
3. Add your mobile phone number
4. A 4 digit verification number will be sent to you via text message
5. Enter the 4 digit verification when requested
6. Create password (6 characters min & make it easy to remember)*
7. Suite owners will then need to scan the QR code (to be collected)
8. Owners can then invite tenants/ staff via the PShare App using the tenants mobile number.
9. If you haven't download and registered via the app the owner will not be able to invite you.
*From time to time PShare will ask you to re-enter your password after application upgrades so please remember your password.
TRADE parking
Sunlight Factory has a designated parking bay for trades visiting the site. It is at the far end of the carpark on the right hand side.
You will need to request access via PShare app at least 24 hours before your trades are schedule to arrive. You will be given access to that car space for 24 hours, or for the duration of the job. The tradesman will then need to call on arrival so the security bollard can be lowered by you using your PShare app

VISITOR PARKING
The Sunlight Factory has no visitor parking available, however below are suggested instructions to send to anyone visiting the building:
Closest untimed street parking is at the corner of Robert & Buchanan St (then a short walk through the park). Alternatively Hyam Street, Dick Street, Wortley Street and Foy Streets are all untimed also.
