GAS & ELECTRICITY
Tenants are responsible to connect and disconnect their Gas & Electricity with a provider of their choice. 

HOT WATER
Tenants are responsible for opening an account with their chosen service provider for HOT WATER usage.
Hot water costs are allocated according to individual meter readings carried out by the service provider. Tenants may choose to not use hot water by turning the isolating valve off under the sink in their suite. However if tenants do choose to use hot water, an account needs to be opened and at the end of the lease, the account needs to be closed at which time a final meter reading will be taken to ensure additional costs are not accrued.
